However, I may not always be able to help as your item may have already started to be created based on your original order. Please contact me as soon as possible to see if your item has already been created especially for you. How do I return my item

Please note all items are made to order so I cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or the incorrect personalisation has been added.
Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately I currently don't offer deliveries for outside the UK
What payment options do you accept

Currently I accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google pay and Paypal
How do I collect my order?

If you would like to collect your order, add this during the checkout. Once your order is ready for collection I will contact you to arrange a suitable time for you to collect your order. To collect your order you will need your Order confirmation and ID Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collection.
